§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the website operated at fluxdigital.eu by FLUX Digital Partners, UAB. These Regulations define the rights and obligations of Users as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Administrator.
- By using the website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Regulations and agree to comply with them. Use of the website is voluntary and free of charge.
- The Administrator provides services in accordance with these Regulations. All content published on the website is the intellectual property of the Administrator and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- The law applicable to all legal relationships arising from these Regulations is the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Vilnius.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The website available at the internet domain fluxdigital.eu, through which the Administrator provides its Services.
- User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit acting on behalf of a company, who uses the Platform's services.
- Account – A User's individual profile on the Platform, enabling access to specific services, such as the client portal.
- Services – The consulting services in e-commerce, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity provided by the Administrator, as detailed on the Platform.
- Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions for the use of the Platform and its Services.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Administrator provides informational and consulting services through the Platform. This includes providing information about its service offerings, publishing articles, and enabling contact for the purpose of establishing a business relationship. The specific scope of consulting services is determined by individual agreement with the client.
- The User may use the contact form to send inquiries to the Administrator. Submitting an inquiry is not equivalent to concluding a service agreement and is non-binding until a formal contract is signed.
- The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the provision of certain services or the functioning of the Platform without prior notice to the Users, especially for maintenance or modification purposes.
- All services are provided with due diligence, however, the Administrator does not guarantee that the use of the Platform will be free from errors or interruptions.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- Proper use of the Platform requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email account for communication.
- The Administrator is not responsible for technical problems or limitations in the User's equipment that prevent the proper use of the Platform.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their device and data against viruses and other malware.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User is obliged to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable laws, and these Regulations. Providing false or unlawful content is strictly forbidden.
- The User may not take any actions that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including the use of malicious software or attempts to gain unauthorized access to data.
- The User is responsible for all activities performed on the Platform using their credentials. The User must maintain the confidentiality of their login data for any registered account and immediately notify the Administrator of any unauthorized use.
- The User agrees to receive system-related and informational messages to the email address provided during registration or inquiry submission. Marketing communication requires separate consent.
- By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., via a form), the User declares that they have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe on third-party rights.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. The amended Regulations will be published on the Platform and will become effective upon publication.
- Continued use of the Platform after the changes have been implemented is equivalent to the User's acceptance of the new terms.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Lithuanian and European Union law shall apply.
